Can we create department automatically when MU is created under value set in Fusion

When a management unit is created under manage value sets, we need a department for the same MU to created automatically under manage departments.

For example if 1335 is the MU/cost center that is created under manage value sets in Fusion, we want a department for 1335 to be created under mange departments automatically once there is an entry for it available under value set.

Please let us know if its possible to get the department created for the expected cost center in Fusion.
