Will deleting records improve performance and prevent the Hyperion Planning JVM from crashing?

Hi,

We are having issues with the Hyperion Planning JVM crashing frequently and we have followed the solutions in Doc ID 2071231.1 but still the Hyperion Planning JVM continues to crash frequently.

It has been recommended that records should not grow beyond (500,000) and since we have never deleted any of our records would deleting records to under (500,000) improve performance and prevent the Hyperion Planning JVM from crashing?

Also, how would we be able to delete our records?
