Inventory Transfer missing F4111 records

Hi, can someone suggest what best option could be applied for the below issue?

An IT (inventory transfer) happened in 2020 is missing positive entry in F4111 while the outgoing entry exists in IL. Now that we need to correct the same. Please suggest
