Tkprof CPU differences on identical hardware.

We are doing some performance testing on our production and disaster recovery kit, running one of our monthly batch processes on an identical data set.

From a hardware point of view both boxes are identical (CPU/Memory). Both are running on IBM E870 boxes. There is a single difference in that the production kit has synchronous SAN replication enabled.

What we are seeing is that the DR box is consistently about twice as quick as the production box.

Looking into the tkprof output, we are seeing a difference in the CPU time spent. Because of the SAN setup on both boxes, I would potentially expect to see a difference in ELAPSED time, but we are also seeing a significant difference in CPU time.
