How do we set Timezone preference for Oracle Fusion backend data in tables

Requirement : Back-end data for Oracle Fusion applications should be displayed in ACST (Australian Central Standard Time) time-zone instead of the default UCT time-zone. Do we have a provision to do that from BI Publisher Administration section or somewhere else as part of some ERP instance admin preferences ?

Please help us with the solution to this requirement at the earliest, as the client is eager to have this implemented at the earliest.
