Payments not updating all history tables during Final Update

Hello,

I am just wondering if anyone has seen any issues where final update is ran and a payment is not updated to all history tables. We have found a few occurrences where we can only find the CKCN in the F06176 EI History and F0701740 Quantum but none of the other tables. The payments appear on pay registers, deposit registers, reports, etc. The employee has a pay slip created and the payment is deposited to the employees account. The journal created for the payroll contains the employees details. But when final update is ran only the 2 mentioned tables contain
