PeopleSoft benefit vendor interfaces using the snapshot process SQR, BEN100A.sqr

We are on PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, and still using the snapshot process to create vendor interface files. The snapshot process SQR is a very slow running process. Is there any other ways create benefits vendor interface files without the snapshot process? BEN100A.sqr is an old program, is there a replacement program in recent years?
