Cash Taxable Benefit Applied to Arrearage
Hello,
I am pretty sure I know the answer, but would like confirmation or a way to work around the issue.
The client arrears their benefits and now has setup a Wellness Benefit DBA that is set to calculate if no gross pay. This Benefit has an effect on check = 4. When payroll processes, it collects an arrearage from the wellness payment. Is there a way to prevent the system from collecting the wellness amount and applying it to an arrearage?
