como sincronizo el ntp en oracle liunux 8.6?

[root@server etc]# timedatectl

        Local time: Wed 2023-04-12 11:01:35 CDT

      Universal time: Wed 2023-04-12 16:01:35 UTC

         RTC time: Wed 2023-04-12 16:01:35

        Time zone: America/Mexico_City (CDT, -0500)

System clock synchronized: no

       NTP service: active

     RTC in local TZ: no

[root@server etc]#

Tengo el siguiente problema al ejecutar el comando timedatectl no me está sincronizando, ya ejecuté lo de la nota Doc ID 2904384.1 pero sigo sin tener exito, alguien me puede apoyar?
