when using the web, in URL it lists selectedItem=ARO101_284460 what does that refer to

When I launch P6 web version 16.2.7 this is the URL when clicking on standard view what does the "selectedItem =ARO101_284460" refer to? Is that a task ID? How can I find what that is in the database? It is causing an issue when launching the page.
