Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Hello,

I'm a fairly new Oracle DBA and I would like some pointers for this particular issue.

Windows Server 2016

Oracle Database Entreprise 19.3.

AMM - MEMORY_TARGET = 28G

The issue is I'm getting from OEM - Swap Utilization is 95.355%.

How do I go about resolving this issue? This is a 24/7 live production system, so I cannot restart it without planning.
