Oracle RDBMS 21c/23c Oracle Enterprise Linux 9 support

Hi,

We are running 18c on OEL Linux 7.9 We are in planning phase to do database upgrade to 21c/23c. Wondering if Linux 9 will be supported for 21c/23c. I was trying to go to Linux 9 as it is LTS instead of OEL 8.

I have checked the support certification matrix there is nothing for Linux 9. I am looking broad timeframe ranges like 2023 Q2 or 2023 Q4 kind of dates for planning purpose.
