Moving 11g database to a newer server

Hi,

We have some of our old databases which I still need access to but our server is Windows 2008. I would like to move this to a newer server. We don't have a DBA on site so I don't know what would be required on the new server to house these databases ... I have searched on google, but most are more interested in installing / updating, so I don't know what information is relevant. I just need to know oracle software install on the server, to house the Oracle 11g databases, as there are
