Disability Self-Identification Form - Expiring 5/31/2023

Hello HR Customers,

I wanted to let you know the Employee & Applicant Disability Self-Identification form is expiring on 5/31/2023. The OFFCP has not said when they will release the new form and what changes will be made to the form.

I will provide updates to customers once I know more. To receive email communication regarding these updates - you can email to be added to the email communication - julie.alonso@oracle.com
