What is the best practive for food processing when we use Oracle EBS ?

Dear Friends,

We have process to cook many type of food. Each food have a formulas. There are a lot of transaction with material issue and product complete every day.

So are there any friends implement Oracle EBS in this industry, What is the best practive when implement manufacturing and cost management, please give me some advices.
