Siebel Upgrade from IP2016.13 to Siebel 22.12

Hi

We are using Siebel 2016.13 with windows 2016.

We need to upgrade our Siebel servers from windows 2016 to windows 2022. After that we have to upgrade to Siebel 22.12.

I am thinking to do the following steps

1) Get new server with windows 2022

2) Install Siebel Application interface , Gateway and Siebel server on each servers.

3) Upgrade database server from Oracle 12.2 to Oracle 19

4) Perform Incrmental repository merge.

5) Configure application interface and other componenets.

Please let me know your views
