perform action during ADOP Cutover while environment is down

I'm wondering how to perform this:

A given patch makes changes to the system, and this is done during Cutover phase. That is OK.

Actually, the change is done by means of the Filesystem/Database Edition switch as done during this ADOP phase. At that moment, the environment is down.

That is good .. but I'd like to run a command, after the patch has been installed (the core ADOP Cutover), and before the environment is started again.

Because once the ADOP Cutover phase is done, the environment is started again. And this specific action should be done, before the environment is started.
