Component Interface Get method failed for User account but working with super user

Hi All,

This might be a basic question...

After moving to 8.59, we are using delivered CI (CI_PERSONAL_DATA) to custom component in a tile to update Preferred name.

It is working with Admin account(super user) but not working with user accounts.

User account has a custom role/permission list and CI is included with full access for all methods.

At the end, Authorization error coming at Get method.

Did I missed any thing?
