WO False commitments in summery availability

Hi Team,

We are on WS 7.3 cum 10 version. We always face one issue where there is WO false commitments shows in summery availability against particular child item even though WO's are closed or completed. There are cases where less qty issued for that child item than qty ordered. In this case the difference qty shows as committed but as per std. process once WO status moved to 95 or above it should remove. But this is not happened. We generally run P3190 repost program which clears and corrects commitments but some cases as stated above scenario false commitments still remains.

I need your advice in such cases is there any way to identify false commitments and how we can remove those?
