401K Global Transfer

Can anyone please help me? I am trying to automate Global transfers when we have an employee that moves from one legal entity to another legal entity, and I want it to copy over all of the 401K elements, and the balances?

I had submitted an SR#1831734998, and read up on the article in 20D release, did the testing, and it is not working. If anyone can help and please tell me the step-by-step process how you were able to automate this?
