Getting Error when calling AR_PREPAYMENTS_PUB.create_prepayment

Hi,

I'm getting Error after calling Getting Error when calling AR_PREPAYMENTS_PUB.create_prepayment

My requirements is to Create a Prepayment , I won't be having an associated Order number but just created a dummy Invoice and used as parameter p_application_ref_num   => '1000074',

Error: Error-1086 ORA-01086: savepoint 'CREATE_PREPAYMENT_PVT' never established in this session or is invalid

ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error
