Few user not able to access iProcurement ECC section

Hi All,

We are upgrading from 12.1.3 to 12.2.10.

We have implemented ECC for iProcurement. We noticed that few of the users not able to connect iProc ECC.

For others its working fine, both are using same responsibility.

Any idea what might be the issue? Is there any user specific setup ?
