Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. When I try to download some Tier1 Patches, I receive below message :

You do not have privileges to download Tier1 patches. See How Patches and Updates Entitlements Works for more information.

Please Help me !
