Update Line, Copy options are not there when clicked on Change button of requisition in iProc R12

We have approved requisition for which purchase order is autocreated and approved. In iProc Requisition tab after clicking on Change button in Requisitions tab, Copy button is not appearing also Update Line icon is also not there.

In such scenario how can we add line to the approved requisition or update the Line Type.
