TR-9273- Web Artifacts for "Applying ESU using Web"

Hi Team,

I am trying to execute Special Instruction for planner ESU in TR9273. I am able to create tablespaces and grant the access as part of special Instruction. I created "JDE - Update Manager" in System and Server Map and set up System user "JDUPDATE" in P98lpsec. But when i am trying to override for other users for package builds (Central Objects - DV920), it doesn't allow me to create it. It says, " first create JDUPDATE user". Do i need to create JDUPDATE user account in P0092 and do i need to any assign role as well? Please suggest.
