ACME PACKET DTMF Issue

We are having DTMF call failures on a call scenario involving OPUS.

Caller - Acme Packet - Cisco Cube - Client Server

When calls connect with OPUS the 101/telephone event 8000 line is being stripped on the Acme Packet going to the caller. Attempted to add-sdp-basebehavior to the sip-interface with no change. Any thought on what would cause the Acme Packet to drop the 101 telephone event on the final OK message during call setup.

Any help would be appreciated.
