Install OEM 13.5 on same host of 13.2

Hi Experts,


Can I install OEM 13.5 on the same host where I already have 13.2 installed, but in a different filesystem or directory, do I get any conflicts with ports or configuration with DB ? I want to use the same DB used for 13.2.
