Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Adrelink error after migration from HP-UX to Linux

We're following the Doc 2048954.1 to migrate EBS from HP-UX to Linux x86-64. Everything went fine until Step 12 of Section 2

adop phase=apply apply_mode=bootstrap preinstall=yes patchtop=$PATCH_TOP/<patch_number>

where adrelink failed.

I attached adrelink.log.

Anybody faced similar issue?
