Application crashing with ntdll.dll error while applying planner ESU JN20180

Hello ,

We are in middle of upgrading E1 TR to 9.2.7.3 from 9.2.5.5.

After deployment server upgrade, when we try to extract planner ESU , it just fails abrubptly at 99% and it throws the below error. Nothing written in JDE logs. But we have ntdll.dll error in the windows event logs
