Hello I am on Peoplesoft Version 9.2 My question is on the NR Alien Tax Treaty Table for Portugal.

in Using the My Oracle Support Portal (MOSC) Question

I have a question about the NR Alien Tax Treaty Table for Portugal.

Under study and training it states Months Eligible for Treaty is 24

according to article 23 (1 )of the Portugal tax treaty document found on the IRS website it has 5 years. Is this a bug in PeopleSoft or am I not interpreting this correctly?
