PagerDuty tickets from Oracle OEM 13c

Hi,

I'm searching for detail on how to configure unique tickets in PagerDUty out of OEM 13c.

Currently our OEM is configure to create PagerDuty Tickets via the supplied templates. It however creates several PagerDuty tickets(for each alert) for the same event.
