ACA: P08121 Default the Company Contact Info?

In P08121 (Work with Form 1094-C), is there a way to default the Rep. Company Contact and Phone Number? Or do you have to manually enter this information each year? I can't find the Processing Option to default those values, but I was sure there was a way to default this info into this screen.
