Installation of additional packages in DBSystem

Product name: ODA 19.17 on X8-2HA (2 node RAC DBSystem)

Hi, we need to install some packages (telnet, cups, specially) in our DBSystem. I'd like to know if this is possible/supported. I know it is a bit more complicated for Bare Metal deployments, but I'm not sure if we can do this on DBSystem at all.
