"Already updated" status in Software update history report(R96701)

We are upgrading to TR 9.2.7.3 from 9.2.5.5. When we apply ESU(planner, ENH etc). We see a status as "Already Updated" under update repository table column. So we are wondering is this normal. We see this status for all the "Applied" object. Spec merge report has no errors and looks good.
