How to get View Tax Balances Pre Tax Details corrected YTD for State Spec1 Tax Oregon
We have installed the Q1 2023 statutory patch and I see now that subsequent payroll runs are correctly populating the Pre Tax Details under View Tax Balances for Oregon State Spec1 Tax.
But what needs to be done to correct the YTD Pre Tax totals for those payroll runs processed prior to the Q1 patch? The Period, Month, Quarter, and Year all have the same total.
