Upgrade to 12C

We have just completed an upgrade to Forms 12C and have implemented many of the features like BIP integration, Java WebStart etc but the look and feel of the Oracle Form still looks the same as it has for the last 30 years - Forms pinned to top left of screen, canvas size is small etc.

Can you apply global changes to your Oracle Forms to make them look more modern in look and feel without significant development overhead?
