BIP report running long time

Hi Guys,

Greetings of the day.

We have custom BIP reports in Oracle Retail merchandising system and we have some sample reports running good. When I try to execute the report it is keep on running for long time and not rendering any output.

That report in Excel Layout. The data volume of the report is approx. 60k records.

No issues to generate xml data from DM and no issues to generate report output from BIP Desktop but we are facing issue in the BIP environment.

After Long run the report gives error message given below.

Error

The report cannot be rendered because of an error, please contact the administrator.
