EBS Field Service R12.2 -Send Notifications(SMS/Voice call) to field service Engineers

Hi all,

Our client is planning to implement “Escalation management” for incidents created in Oracle EBS Field Service(R12.2). Seeded EBS escalation management doesn't meet the requirements. Let us know if the below requirements can be met by integrating any third party tools with EBS.

  •  Deliver SMS and voice calls to stakeholders for down units.
  • Ability for recipients to acknowledge the notification through their respective devices(laptop/mobile).
  • Trigger “Amber alerts” to buzz technicians and alert them of down units.
  • Ability for the system to trigger real time mails without any delay for down units to respective stake holders.
