GSS - Transaction Approval for inactive employees

Hi,

In a scenario, when a GSS transaction is approved for an employee who is inactive at the time of approval (active during initiation), is there a way we can stop this approval and prevent updating job data?

This transaction uses action DTA. Also, for this transaction type, we have allow DB update turned on (on approval, it gets updated in job directly).

Is there any configuration that can stop this update on inactive job row through GSS.

We are on PeopleSoft 9.2 PUM 41 and PeopleTools 8.59.07.
