New user setup - have to access web interface before using smartview?

Hello - newly using Essbase 21c marketplace with Oracle's IDCS. When I setup a new user - they can not access smartview until that account access the essbase web interface and grants permissions. I've got about 75 people to setup - so I don't want to have to do this 75 times, OR try to figure out how to explain in steps they won't read in the documentation. Screenshot attached. Anyone have a similar situation? Advice/suggestions?
