Orchestration to send a notification to a user based on user ID to obtain email address

Hi all. We are in E1 9.2.6. I am trying to create an orchestration that sends a notification to a user if they have unapproved requisitions over a week old. I have created my query, added that to my watchlist, and added the watchlist to the notification. All of this works successfully. My question is how do I enter this onto an orchestration that looks at the Person Responsible, compares that to the address book and returns the email address to send the notification to?
