iStore - EBS (MOSC) - how to add button to invoke OAF Custom page

Hello, I have a requirement where I need to create a button into ISTORE to invoke a custom OAF web page, the OAF page is created already I only need to invoke it somewho from the ISTORE page, this button could be anywhere in the page, but if it could be beside the "Cart" link that would be ideal.

Does anyone knows how to create this?
