When launching any form on Cloned R12.1 environments we get FRM 40735 and ORA 6508

Very strange issue that has everyone stumped. Recently, after March 29th 2023 users were unable to use any Form on any of our cloned test instances. When launching applications that use Forms they were experiencing the error messages FRM 40735 and ORA 6508. This was regardless when the clone was taken.

We are using java web start and java client version 8 update 361, and are trying all browsers on Windows 10, Chrome, Edge, and IE 11.

I have tried multiple versions of Java client but it makes no difference. I even tried accessing forms servlet directly and that still errors.

A fresh clone made no difference, I can confirm that there has been no updates made to the solaris servers that EBS runs on.
