What could be impact of enabling profile OM: Electronic Message Integration Event Source' as ‘ALL’?

To enable the business events call using processing constraint in oracle order management, I understood we have to make profile "OM: Electronic Message Integration Event Source" value as ‘ALL’.

Need guidance to understand if this profile value update could impact something else as this is at site level.

Please help.
