Using Multiple Conditional Regions to populate a Peoplesoft CS communications template

Hello,

I have a communications template I've been working on. I'd like for one set of text to be sent to the student when aid year 2023 is entered in the variable data field and a different set of text for aid year 2024. I tried using Conditional Regions, but it only worked with 2023. Nothing was returned for 2024 using the same template.

How can I accomplish this? Is it possible?
