Patch 34980354: Oracle Enterprise Manager 13c Release 5 Update 14 (13.5.0.14) for Oracle Management

After applying OEM13.5RU14, has anybody been able to utilize the Gold Agent functionality?

I am not getting weird behavior when trying to create a new image. The description field has a restriction of 25 characters, and will not accept underscores, periods other special characters.

Also receiving the following error:
