Granting privileges to targets of a role.

I am trying to use emcli to grant privileges to targets of a role. I can grant all but two privileges that I need. I am having an issue finding any documentation regarding this.

I need the syntax to use emcli to grant "Manage Target Events" to target types of host, oracle_database, oracle_listener, and oracle_emd.

I also need to syntax to use emcli to grant "Execute Command" to target type host.

Both of these privileges can be granted using the console, however, the ability to use the CLI is preferred since I have hundreds of targets within dozens of roles.
