Connector Script Giving "No signature of method" error

I have a Database connector Groovy script that I am trying to use to run an SQL update of the F0411. The connector is part of an orchestration that extracts new and updated vouchers and sends them to an external system and the update is to set a flag to prevent them being picked up again unless they change.

I have been through a number of iterations of testing the connector and fixing errors as I find them, but I am now stuck with a "No signature of method" error and cannot for the life of me see what is wrong. The error I'm getting is:
