How to add a link column to each row in an interactive grid?

I added a dummy column to the query for the IG and made it as a link. However, as this is a dummy column it is set as a "query only", but then there is no Default option to set a default value for the column. Without a default value the column is empty (no link) when a new row is added to the grid.

It's Apex 22.1. If you have any idea please let me know.
