Can I enable field "Qty" to input value on PO type "Blanket Purchasing Agreement"?

Hi,


Currently, I still use Oracle EBS 11i and I have question about PO type "Blanket Purchasing Agreement" which current form is disable field "Qty" to input value. See as attached picture.


Can I enable this field? Please advise.
